Who says we have to wash your hair every day? And who says if you wear foundation we have to rub it all over his face? Below are 8 “rules” of beauty that is actually applicable only for some people, and should be avoided by the other.

1. Wash your hair every day
If your hair is dry, wash your hair every day it will make it more dry. Wash your hair every 2 or 3 days, when the scalp is back to its natural moisture. But if your hair and your scalp is oily, you do have to wash your hair every day.

2. Applying foundation to the entire surface of the face
This only applies if your face there are many black spots, acne, acne scars or blemishes scattered everywhere. If the face tend to be “clean”, simply apply a foundation in the areas under the eyes are usually blackened, and in areas that are blotchy. The rest leave it natural.

3. Cut the nail cuticle
Many people who diligently cut cuticles, aka skin around the nail. This habit is also sometimes done in the salon when she was a manicure / pedicure. When in fact the cuticle serves to protect the nails from exposure to the growth of bacteria. If we cut the cuticle, we will increase the likelihood of the nail to become infected.

4. Every six weeks, cut the ends of hair
This rule applies only to a branched hair, and you who have short hair that needs to be maintained so as not to clutter the pieces. If your hair is healthy and not branched, this treatment does not need to be done at all.

5. Routinely do facial peels
If your skin is normal or oily, peeling it will damage the skin. Normal skin will actually peel off by itself and get rid of dead skin. But if you have dry skin, exfoliation should indeed be done alone. Choose a product like soap or face wash cream to Exfoliate the gentle night.

6. Do not wear eye-liner under the eyes
Eye-liner who reviewed above and below the eyes can actually confirm the form of the eye and give the effect of thicker lashes. But if your eyes are slanted, you should avoid using eye-liner under the eyes because it can make eyes look smaller.

7. Bathing twice a day
Bathing in the morning before leaving for work and shower in the afternoon after finishing the move was recommended. But if you’re not full of activity and the body can not sweat, there’s no harm in spending time one-time bath. Too frequent bathing makes skin dry, especially when we use antibacterial soap. If your skin is basically dry, too frequent bathing can make the pores become enlarged and bacteria easy entry.

8. Use shampoo first, then conditioner
This only applies to those that have dry hair. But if your hair is oily, do the opposite: use the conditioner first, then rinse with shampoo. This serves to clean the remnants stuck to the hair conditioner, which if left unchecked will actually make the hair so limp and greasy.
